Cogniv Pty Ltd ("Cogniv," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and track your order.

1. Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping to certain countries, including Australia, and selected locations across Asia Pacific and Europe. Our fulfillment centre operates globally, with logistics infrastructure strategically located to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are packed and dispatched from our international warehouse based in Asia. This allows us to maintain a consistent supply and high-quality control across all products. Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If there is a known delay or disruption, this will be clearly communicated at checkout or via email after your purchase.

3. Shipping Times
Standard shipping is estimated at 7–10 business days depending on the destination. Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or delivery to rural or remote areas.

4. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted global carriers such as Australia Post, USPS, and other local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking & Notifications
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Updates typically appear within 24 hours, depending on the courier.

6. Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages)
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@gocogniv.com. Once a package is marked as Delivered by the courier, responsibility shifts to the recipient. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll help you file a claim.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs. We are unable to issue refunds for orders with address errors.

8. Duties, Taxes & Customs
For Australian customers, there are no import duties on orders under AUD $1,000. For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.
